Welcome to our community!
On behalf of the Terra Bella Homeowners Advisory Committee, welcome to our community web site!

The vision and planning of Terra Bella Village represents a welcome departure from urban sprawl and ‘cookie-cutter’ subdivisions. Terra Bella’s town planner and architect, Steve Oubre, designed Terra Bella as a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). The inspiration for the TND concept stems from the genuine experience of an early twentieth century small town when life was much simpler and where everything people needed was found within their own neighborhood.

Terra Bella is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with tree-lined streets, sidewalks with curbs, and an environment that invites walking to various activities within the community. With a mixture of cottages, townhomes, houses, and retail spaces, the diversity and convenience offered by the village of Terra Bella is unequalled. Residents, which include professionals, empty nesters, young and growing families along with retirees, are able to support and enjoy this quality lifestyle together.
